Primary purpose of this position was to effectively focus on the sell through of Monstercable products by driving key metrics such as average selling price, percentage of sales, balance mix of business and implementing M4 programs with store managementand sales personal. Measured, critique andprovided direction for Monstercable merchandising standards. Created and conducted management and sales training modules.
