Daily Duties at Ev3 Endovascular :
• Engaged on various quality control procedures, ensuring that products produced are defect free and meet the standard requirements. • Conducted both primary and secondary assessments of finished products to make sure they conform to QA tests. Assessment of production processes to determine compliance with requirements/specifications, documentation and reporting. • Communicated regularly with supervisors, and engineers to facilitate change control processes, and solving other issues that lead to continuous improvement. • Providing statistical information to improve quality through testing methods, ensure the achievement of plant and division quality objectives and developing quality requirements and test procedures. • Wrote audit reports documenting findings and recommendations. • Developed, and analyzed statistical data reports, relative to quality systems performance and implementation ensuring customer expectations are maintained. • Participated in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes ensuring full identification of issues, via Root Cause Analysis and validation ensuring quality systems are effective.
