Floors : Psychiatry, Oncology, Medicine and out patient Conducted extensive competitive research for the Baylor out patient clinic for current needs. Worked with Residents and attending physicians with patients involved chemical dependency issues. Family interventions and community referrals for addictions, housing, medications, and long-term care. Worked on team of 5 psychiatrists doing assessments and triage for 23-hour observation emergencies. Oncology Social Worker 1 year on specialized unit for discharge planning. Safety planning with victims of domestic violence
- Collaborate with ED team to develop safe d/c plan
- Obtain authorizations and complete necessary form for transfers to alternative level of care and needed transportation. Perform other duties as required
