Daily Duties at Rock House:
Clinical and operational supervision of day-to-day team, consists of Psychologist, LPC, RN, 4 Facility Directors, workshop manager, 45 line staff. Lead family meeting and referrals. Manage implementation of behavior modification plans. Review all medical appointments and interventions weekly. Maintain knowledge of alternative levels of care and other healthcare providers for post discharge and educate Families. Oversee ever-changing research; responsibilities include gaining client approval, evaluating results and developing key insight for interventions at weekly staff meetings. Public relations within and outside of program, recruitment and retention, performance evaluation and disciplinary action; fiscal responsibilities with regard to productivity and equipment, lead a Performance improvement team with reduction of excessive stress on the job. Perform other duties as required.
