Daily Duties at The Irvine Company:
Assisted the Executive Vice President of Residential Land Sales & Marketing for The Irvine Company. Responsible for office administration and coordination for scheduling, planning, implementation in support of the Executive Vice President with all residential merchant builder land sales and custom lot sales transactions. Provided administrative support to the Director of Association Management for the various communities on The Irvine Ranch, manage and implement procedures for our administrative support staff within our division and provide backup support to the escrow manager with merchant builder and custom lot sales document processing and notarization.
