Assisted in managing this real estate acquisition firm specializing in inner city apartment renovations. Responsibilities included coordination with the on-site property management firms, at the various projects from designing and implementing marketing collateral material, launching web and print advertising, to event planning of grand opening, to monthly financial report audits. Daily corporate responsibilities included accounting and financial reporting, working with team on corporate new website design and launch, general office management, and assisting the CEO and Director of Acquisitions.
