Trained store level personnel in how to handle customer incidents, how to complete incident reports, and the importance of photographs, videotape, caution cones and what to do in the case of shoplifting. Handled claims in California, Nevada, Indiana and Illinois. Handled high exposure negotiations for other adjusters.
