Supported the Payroll/Human Resources/and Benefits outsourcing efforts for clients throughout the United States. •Supported the sales effort for a global payroll outsourcing project. Collected and summarized survey data and developed associated analytical reports and presentations. •Analyzed and documented the specifications for the PeopleSoft to ADP EV2 interface. Identified and mapped the required data fields. •Developed the functional interface specifications between the mainframe PeopleSoft payroll system and ADP EV2. Analyzed interface implementation issues and determined workable resolutions. •Assisted in the implementation efforts for the ADP EV3 payroll system. Developed functional specifications for specialized processes, built system foundation tables, and set up company and employee level tables. Tested and validated completed SQR’s. Created process flow charts and associated documentation. Developed system documentation and conducted user training sessions.
