•Conducted business process analysis sessions with clients to determine system set up requirements. •Developed client specific Functional Design documents, Business Requirement Statements, and Business Solution Design documentation. •Determined and documented system data conversion requirements. •Configured the system according to design specifications, tested system operations and validated the results. •Identified processing gaps and created acceptable processing solutions. •Trained in Mincom Ellipse HR/Payroll/Time and Attendance software including Ellipse 6.3 WINVIEW and WEBVIEW versions.
