Daily Duties at Self Employed:

Consultant to several clients. Collaborated with clients’ logistics staff on process improvements. Conducted analysis on clients’ sales order system. Mapped the current method, worked with clients’ staff to remove non-valued steps and then installed a process that yielded a shorting of the clients’ sales order system cycle time. This development allowed the client to improve inventory turnover and delivery to customers. Worked with clients to coordinate the logistics process. Was able to build on the firms’ Purchasing synergies, reduce the number of logistics providers, reduce costs, and improve service.
