● Responsible for the complete creation (writing, graphics development, organization, editing, and production) of project/business-based technical proposals. ● Able to conceptualize, verbally articulate, and write appropriate technical responses to RFPs and equivalent vehicles. ● Responsible for the analysis, and the interpretation of customer bid specifications and subsequent coordination for the final bid response ● Evaluated customer Request for Proposal, assessed strategies to realize the bid potential for GTE, and managed the development of input/responses to maximize GTE's ability to secure the award of the contract. ● Acted as contract liaison between the company and customers/vendors, including participation in pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes. ● Was responsible for top level client and potential client relationships; managing the relationship between the current organizational segment and new and existing clients, providing substantial contributions in the identification of multiple new opportunities, and the planning and execution of business area development strategies ● Evaluated risk, assessing (bid/no-bid) win probability, responding to and developing proposals to government RFP, RFI, RFQs, etc., strategic and tactical personnel management, and ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction of current and future programs
