Daily Duties at Trilogy Health Services, Llc Dba St. Andrews Health Campus:
All claim billing to appropriate payers, including rebilling denials, problem resolution, account research and denials. Supervised all business office personnel. Counseling, evaluations, retention and progressive discipline if needed. Met with all residents and families to discuss financial obligations and payment options, insurance coverage and assist them in appealing insurance denials. Handled all resident funds, cash functions, prepared all monthly billing statements, received all payments, answered all incoming billing questions and problems, performed month end close each month, Weekly reports to Executive Director, Monthly Aging Reviews, Monthly QI meetings, implement all new procedures from Corporate office per instruction and time parameters. Many other job responsibilities to numerous to list.
