Daily Duties at Trilogy Health Services, Llc:
Work with Business Office Manager and Executive Directors of 8 facilities in a consultant role to reduce outstanding debt, claim research, establish procedures and goals for debt reduction. Hands on assistance to 8 Business Office Managers in claims billing, research, payment postings, claim denial resolution. Training sessions to all facility staff in Purchase Order procedures, central supply set up, charge ticket retention and ancillary billing to assure appropriateness and accuracy of charges. Daily visit reports, weekly summary reports, and participation in Quarterly internal audits at all 8 facilities and many other responsibilities on an as needed basis.
