Daily Duties at Birchwood Foods, Inc.:
To team with operations in the procurement of equipment necessary in the production of cooked entrees. To team with R & D in the establishment of specifications and standards on all manufactured products including packaging and ingredients. To team with Procurement in the purchase of raw materials, packaging and seasoning used in the production of all cooked products. To team with Sales in the development of various marketing programs designed for specific accounts such as Bob Evans, Advanced Foods, Aldis and YUM Brands
