• Accurately sourced cleared and non-cleared candidates for government and private sector positions • Interfaced with clients to gather requirements and effectively sell my candidates • Utilized the PCRecruiter online database to develop and manage pipelines of candidates for open requirements • Purposefully networked on Web2.0 and social networking sites including LinkedIn.com to source passive candidates, leading to higher quality hires • Resourcefully and skillfully researched new technologies and created consistently accurate Boolean search strings to highlight top candidates • Quickly entrusted with training new entry level hires on Recruiting strategies from basics to advanced techniques • Mentored new employees on the many functions of PCRecruiter and Resolvit policies and procedures • Utilized my experiences to suggest different sales technique options to new salespeople and managers
