Complete responsibility for Men’s fashions, Fashion accessories, Jewelry, Ladies shoes, Intimate apparel and seasonal home depts. Responsible for annual sales of 32 million. Successfully opened new store location in California. Recruited Hired and Trained 10 managers, 13 assistant managers and 160 employees. Achieved 2 million over sales plan first year and # 2 ladies shoe dept. , in the country, behind the flagship store in New York City. Achieved #2 Status in “Ralph Lauren” Barbie sales behind NYC without having a children’s dept. located in our store. Produced $200.0 in pre-sells for our annual Men’s clothing event , exceeding our goal by $120.0. Created an art out of ties silent auction exhibit to raise money for the local art community and children’s programs
