Achieved 2 million over sales plan first year and # 2 ladies shoe dept. , in the country, behind the flagship store in New York City. Achieved #2 Status in “Ralph Lauren” Barbie sales behind NYC without having a children’s dept. located in our store. Produced $200.0 in pre-sells for our annual Men’s clothing event , exceeding our goal by $120.0. Created an art out of ties silent auction exhibit to raise money for the local art community and children’s programs
