Daily Duties at Linen's N Thing's:
Complete responsibility for store with 9 million in annual revenue. Directed 5 sales managers and 60 associates. Trained and developed team to ensure outstanding customer service was priority above all else. Took store from an unacceptable customer service “mystery shop” score to above Co. std (85%), to 95% average. The regional office of the North west stores was located in my store. I achieved “Best set” status for developing new trend shops within the seasonal, Bedding and House wares shops. These shops were photographed and distributed throughout the western United States, as direction for merchandise presentation standards and “shops”. I achieved status of #1 store manager to be promoted to the next level, after participating in a western United states “talent seminar” and speaking to the president of the company and all regional mgrs. about strategies to improve performance in a simulated store environment
