Responsible for 2.5 million in annual sales. Turned "under" performing store around to “beating” sales plan, by 30%, within 1 month of hire date. Recruited, trained and developed staff of 40 associates. Achieved status of district mentor and trainer, for existing and new managers, in merchandise presentation and new hire orientation, development and company human resource guidelines. Key player in success of recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling and additional district help for new store opening in Burlingame Ca. Achieved #1 store over goal, for the total region, for new accounts opened for the spring season
