Daily Duties at Pro's Choice Beauty Care:
Responsible for leading 15 merchandising Reps. for a large salon hair care distributer. Clients included Rite-aid stores and Longs Drug stores. My area encompassed the East Bay,Marin and Sonoma areas totaling 180 stores. Ensured timely store visits/accurate Plan-o-gram excution, recruiting, hiring,training and excellent client relations. In a short period of time I was responsible for improving quality of store services from an unacceptable level to exceeds standards through, individualized traing,consistent communication of standards and expectations,as well as, being in the stores to inspect productivity and coach or celebrated where needed.
