Effectively managed 20 employees. Communicate in writing and in person to the General Manager on a regular basis. Discussed defective or unacceptable goods or services with quality control personnel, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action. Approved or rejected request for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules. Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts. Analyze specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services, applying knowledge of specialized methods, techniques, principles, or processes. Inspect and oversee construction of buildings, and other types of construction work to ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications. Verify levels, alignment, and elevation of installations. Examine quality of finished installations for conformity to standards and approve installation. Review blueprints and specifications with contractors and discuss deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction.
