Designing residential and commercial building, supervising construction project from site preparation to project completion, produce Contract Document with guidance of project budgeting analysis, develop details within the parameters of the project budget, assist in obtaing information from project meetings, research and implement code reqiurements, estimate labor-hours for projects, visit job sites and review construction for conformance to plan specifications, and gather information from job sites.
