Daily Duties at American Paper & Plastics:
Maintain all computer equipment 3 Windows2003 servers,1 Unix Server, 45 compuers and 16 printers and 6 faxes, Create and run reports. Assist the acting contoller. Maintain a company account update data on a weekly basis, Assist rebates. Human resources,Accomulate the time form the hourly employess(81) and update all salary employees 38. Run Payroll via ADP expert. Update the insurance. Vacation Schedules and Sick Roster. Assist sales team with Conversions. Take slow item pictures for monthly sales meeting.Run weekly sales reports for entire sales team (25)
