Production Manager of this clothing manufacturer. This included the Cutting Room, Sewing Room, Press Room and Warehouse and Distribution Center. Key responsibilities were to oversee the everyday smooth and efficient running of this factory employing some 500 operators. This was done with assistance of the work study (Industrial Engineering) department and four supervisors. I also implemented management reporting systems (MRP). I was also involved with cost reduction through the implementation of handling system plant. I also completed the British Institute of Management Certificate.
