Daily Duties at Fox Harper Mnagement Consultants:

Working for Fox Harper on a freelance basis. I was contracted to a diverse range of Companies and Industries. During this time I was heavily involved in the automotive industry working for British Leyland, Rover, B.M.W. and Unipart companies. My responsibilities involved method study evaluation, time studies, process engineering, process planning, flow process improvements, line balancing and manning evaluation. These companies also introduced three new vehicles to their range, and therefore I was heavily involved in change management. I was also heavily involved in Capital plant purchase and justification and workplace layouts, in order to achieve maximum production and costs reductions. I was also contracted to Thwaites and Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, where I made dramatic direct cost reductions.
