Daily Duties at Solectron:
Responsible for the direct supervision of 30 test technicians. Ensured that all PCB's were tested and debugged for quality according to assigned schedules and ISO standards. Review production and test schedules, material resources, test equipment, and manpower availability. Ensure technicians meet output requirements and maximize testing objectives. Direct all activities of ICT and Functional debug technicians engaged in testing products. Participated in establishing and modifying testing methods and processes. Attend and contribute to daily Customer Focus Team (CFT) meetings. Conduct regular audits for good housekeeping and Electric Static Discharge (ESD) on production floor and provide discipline when necessary.
