Daily Duties at Sartorius Stedim Biotech:

Responsible for the supervision of all clean room personnel. Ensures the efficient use of material, equipment, and personnel in the manufacturing of sterile fluid pharmaceutical bags in a class 10,000 clean room. Prepare daily production schedule to determine shift assignments and meet production deadlines. Maintain daily time keeping, and accurate documentation. Set departmental goals and objectives, conduct weekly production meetings. Maintain safety standards across all areas of manufacturing. Maintain high level of GMP compliance, FDA regulations, and training. Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing operation. Help develop and manage information systems (metrics) to monitor the efficiency and success to the operation. Recruit and interview new personnel. Conducted internal audits of other departments as Lead Auditor. Train and retrain an energized, motivated, team oriented staff. Conduct all performance appraisals for clean room staff.
