Created client web sites for business and project management. Assisted in the implementation of Arthur Planning Software using RUP concepts. Conducted business analysis JAD sessions. • Built foundation for matching existing client software to new products using UML techniques • Delivered technical RPG III, IV and ILE coding specifications to programmers while managing and tracking their progress using established protocols. Conducted data conversion confirmations using varying complexities of AS/400 tools. Reviewed and updated detailed project plans which included resource, budget and time considerations using Microsoft Excel & Project. Conducted BRP sessions for overall system changes and issues resolutions. Tracked and recorded results of module and system testing using data modeling techniques and RUP. Managed targeted milestones. Team Leader / Project Manager • Promoted to manage full software implementation for preferred accounts, including assisting with business analysis, constructing detailed project plans, writing functional and technical documents to support client business needs.
