Extensive experience writing use and test cases. Visio and other charting tools used for BPR flows during JDA and RAD sessions. Successfully tracked and managed issue documentation and resolution. Experienced with risk assessment. Utilized RUP concepts for large development projects. Full knowledge of SDLC. Established project management methodologies that correspond to The SDLC. Experienced with end user training documents and user manuals. Successfully utilized UML concepts for software enhancements and development. Ensured that product changes and enhancements were correctly developed, deployed and executed. Successfully conducted design reviews for system interfaces with developers to ensure accuracy and to preserve data integrity throughout systems. Worked successfully as primary liaison between user community business owners and development teams. Strong successful background with QA methodology, processing and all phases of testing. Experienced with Mercury Quality Center Automated Testing and manual testing. Strong background with AS/400, RPG III, CL, ILE, SQL, data modeling. Experienced with VB and web based systems and e-commerce. High proficiency with the Windows XP Professional, MS Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio. Experienced in Retail Processing, supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, replenishment, financials, sales analysis, sales audit and POS. Strong meeting facilitation skills. Experienced with national and international implementations of varying sizes. Managed offshore development teams
