Daily Duties at Moxie Interactive:
Enter approved vendor invoices into Solomon. * Revenue Analysis * Process 100+ invoices to be paid and print checks for approved payables daily. * Ensure payment of vendors is timely and accurate. * Follow up on and research account statements regarding payment of accounts. * Serve as liaison between departments and vendors in resolution of payment inquiries. * Organize, file, and distribute mail, faxes, and reports. * Reconcile and analyze GL project accounts. * Facilitate client billing based off dollars spent on media projects. * Maintain monthly reconciliations of projects planned costs vs. actual costs vs. billed costs. * Communicate work flow status which includes briefing management on the status of any outstanding problems.
