Daily Duties at Motorola Inc :
• Designed KSH based automation script to automatically select the failed test cases and do system cleanups between successive runs. This helped in reducing the QA cycle by 3 days and eliminated manual intervention completely. • Provided L4 24x7 pager supports to other dependent teams and GCSC fixed all the issues in less than 24 Hrs and won confidence of customers. • All the bugs with complex with inter-team and inter-product dependencies were fixed on time with tight deadline. • Preparing the Test Plan and Test Matrix Requirements documents. • Prepared and updated the Test Cases and Test Cases Execution Steps for all the Releases. • Interacted with Business Analysts to coordinate development efforts. • Involved in defect fixes, feature enhancements for MM-RM. • Used debug tool to cross verify the code changes. • Used ClearCase for managing changes in source code. • Managed and coordinated with dependent teams. • Involved in production support during MM-RM release. • Performed various types of testing such as: Functional, Integration, System, Black box and Regression Testing. • Hands on experience in building Patches and testing them. • Helped MM-SST team to perform end-to-end and Core testing. • Used Clear Quest for bug reporting. • Created QA reports, Bugs status, and attended weekly status meetings. • Participated in “Emergency (Priority) call” feature in SuperCell network. • Participated in all phases of the SDLC.
