Daily Duties at Wachovia Securities:
• Managed staff of 35 Associates. Responsible for hiring, counseling, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, scheduling time off, section coverage, and termination. • Developed extensive training program for new and existing associates to meet the objective of a well trained and professional office to meet production goals. Production goal was exceeded by $5M. • Trained Financial Advisors and staff on enhancements and new functionality to the BETA system. Held weekly meetings with Associates to keep them apprised of changes to firm policies and procedures as well as office policies and procedures. • Developed recruiting booklet with Branch Manager. Booklet was so successful that Branch Manager offered copies to other managers within the firm to assist with their recruiting
