Daily Duties at Wachovia Securities Financial Network:
• Represented FiNet in a variety of high level work groups that successfully designed and implemented updates/changes to firm initiatives, business policies and procedures, client confirm and statement redesign, SmartStation enhancements and new technology as well as internal and external communication committees. • Led project managers and the Professional Development Group in the development and timing of training on new initiatives, technology enhancements and operational policies and procedures for FiNet Offices. Conducted training via Live Meeting. • Designed, developed, budgeted and hosted two day semi-annual Operations Conferences. Conference was targeted to 60 participants and showcased new processes and products. The conference was recognized for quality and invitations to attend were highly sought after. • Reviewed, edited and approved all communication relating to training, operational policies and procedures, weekly E-newsletter, client mailings, required regulatory mailings (FINRA) as well as communication for internal (home office) and external (field) associates. • Created and led monthly operations call with all field associates implementing new processes, technology enhancements, operational training and timely reminders. • Created training modules and led monthly Live Meeting training sessions for new field associates. • Created recruiting booklet and SmartStation overview CDs (for both Financial Advisors and Support Staff) distributed to potential recruits. Additionally, demonstrated the SmartStation Platform during recruiting workshops. • Created and delivered presentations at National FiNet conferences to introduce new and future technology, firm initiatives and updates/changes to FiNet Operational Policies and Procedures. • Promoted to Vice President in 2001, and First Vice President 2004
