• Coordinated design development and construction layout/detailing of national Telecommunications installation projects for client companies including Teleglobe, SBC, Verio, and Ameritech among others. • Oversaw demolition and remodel of existing buildings. • Responsible for 3 draftspersons and 1 other staff members • Held full responsibility for site review, construction document development/issuance, consultant coordination, planning, change order review, accessibility analysis/planning, RFIs, drafting, permitting, and contract administration.
