Daily Duties at Northwest Airlines:
Supervised the call center team and performed training, meetings based upon changes in the airline. Negotiate prompt solutions based on customer’s perceptions with respect to company cost, while maintaining the importance of customer loyalty. Project a professional image through various means of communication to each passenger and document each concern to share with the product development department. Consistently meet performance goals and demands set in place for the department.
