Daily Duties at Atlantic Southeast Airlines:
Managed and supervised gate agents, delegate work stations. Prepare & review job performance appraisals on an annual basis. Organize training and present new policy standards to the airline agents. Deposit and report all funds received from daily ticket sales. Maintain customer performance metrics and assist in coordinating remedial actions as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. Communicate and assist passengers with all traveling arrangements.
