Daily Duties at Global Motorsport Group:
• Managed annual budget process and monthly P&L accounting and budget variance analysis for $240M wholesale distribution company with domestic and overseas manufacturing subsidiaries.
• Accounted for all prepaids and liabilities, including amortizations; Fixed asset accounting, including depreciation; account and intercompany reconciliations; Payroll and benefits.
• Reported sales performance, including margin analysis.
• Prepared financial reports for external auditors; coordinated quarterly and annual audits.
• Trained other accountants on J.D. Edwards system and all accounting and Finance activities.
• Prepared sales and property tax returns for six states; assisted with preparation of income tax returns.
