Plant Supervisor · Implemented Lean Manufacturing Systems for three separate assembly lines, resulting in reduced labor costs, and increasing on time shipments from 68% to 99%. · As Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Administrator, implemented corporate health and safety programs to include acquiring permits, performing inspections, waste disposal and all safety training. · Maintenance Supervisor responsible for facility maintenance. · Supervise Sheet Metal Fabrication Department, managing a staff of 30 employees: includes planning, purchase of raw materials, and operating technical equipment including CNC and Amada Control Press Brakes. · Implemented 5-S Systems to sustain a strong housekeeping and organized workstations. · Recognized for three years of zero lost time accidents from 2006 to present. · Recognized for three bars in the corporation for Endless Pursuit of Improvement Changes (EPIC).
