Keeps machine tools in working condition by cleaning and lubrication after used. 9. Perform other duties that may be assigned to or required of the job. 10. Support production on machine repair, trouble shooting and maintenance. 11. Support design, fabrication, and refurbishing for both front and end line tools and dies. 12. Support inspection, buy-off and qualification of tooling to conform with dimension and functional specification with the extreme inspection method using various types of measuring tools / instrument. 13. Responsible for implementation of production schedules and ensuring effective used of manpower and equipments. 14. Responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance for machines and equipments diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs. 15. Ensure that the production plans and schedules are being complied accordingly. 16. Provide technical assistance support relative to in process quality improvement and customer satisfaction. 17. Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standard regulations. 18. Willing to report to company anytime to perform and carries such other job functions as to sustain the production output.
