• Trained and supervised 18 employees to take Lost/Stolen reports from credit card holders, approve/decline merchant authorizations, and managed after hours customer service calls in a 24 hour, 365 day a year operation. • Resolved escalated and complex issues to meet business goals. • Prepared monthly employee production statistics to align with company objectives. • Oversaw telephone conduct and provided “side by side” coaching to improve employee performance. • Analyzed and established employee schedules to maximize workflow efficiency. • Reviewed operation results and created new strategies to surpass department goals and objectives. • Assisted in relocating the Credit Card Operations Center from San Francisco to Phoenix. • Trained and supervised employees to make out-going calls on an automatic dialing system, and receive in-coming customer service/collection calls.
