Daily Duties at At&T:

• Managed TSC/Aspect scheduling software to create staffing needs for the call center in order to achieve industry call center metrics of 80% of calls answered within 20 seconds with a 3% or lower abandon rate. • Scheduled and tracked all activity on the production floor that had a dramatic impact on achievement of department service calls. • Resolved hardware and software (Technical Support Coordinator) concerns to maintain productivity of staff. • Communicated important performance topics to business partners in other call centers to enhance smooth and efficient production. • Managed high profile projects using project management skills within customer service and collaborating departments. • Oversaw representatives handling in-coming correspondence, credit card and EFT transactions. Provided a myriad of support for the customer service organization. • Created spreadsheets to monitor employee performance and subsequent progress.
