What they like about Health Alliance Jewish Hospital:

A hiring company that offers alternative approaches to pay, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the firm is very attractive to you. You're generally less interested in working for an organization offering only traditional, salary-based compensation, one with limited opportunity to acquire equity in the firm, or one that does not actively promote skill development. In addition, you are more likely to choose a company that offers a variety of internal career options, with defined career paths. You view the learning of new skills and development of your expertise as key to your career advancement. These aspects of an organization may become even more important to you as you progress in your field, and are especially critical if you change career or occupation.

Climbers' Joblogs at Health Alliance Jewish Hospital:

LPN for 13 years went on to graduate from college with an associates degree in nursing I have been a experienced RN with 22 years .

Being in the health care field has been very rewarding caring for all kinds of people. Making a difference in people's lives by being there for them when they need someone the most. To better care for my patients I have always strived
to improve my knowledge. Starting out as a LPN gave me a solid foundation for being a registered nurse. Continuing education and learning new skills has been key to my success. Most of my experience has been Med/Surg,Telemetry,PCU,and Orthopedics. Through the years I have developed a skill for placing IV's and many times have been asked to help other nurses with their IV's. The Nurse Excellence Award is given to a nurse every year for assessment skills and I was a recipient of the award and I never lost sight of the fact that it takes many co-workers and various health care professionals to work together to obtain the best of well-being for each patient. Being apart of that is why I want to continue my career. I signed up with climber.com to reach recruiters and be of service where needed.

Respectfully,
Vicki Kapp RN
