Daily Duties at Harley Davidson/Tech Resources:

• Create/Modify Requisitions and Purchase Orders for all Development Purchasing Analysts supporting Kansas City and York. • Create spreadsheets/metrics derived from Business Objects, for upcoming builds, tracking progress of parts delivered into the New Parts Cage at plant by the Material Requirement Date. • Verify correct information is entered into New Parts Tracking (AS400) for each new part (ex. Project code, make/buy, model year, DPA/SCA, etc.). Utilize PDG to gather information for new parts to be added to NPT, contact appropriate stakeholder at plant to enter data in NPT. • Coordinate and expedite materials being shipped to plants from suppliers, Commerce or Product Development Center. • Run PIR report; perform Bill of Material scrubs to ensure all new purchased parts are tracked in AS400/NPT. • Gather data from AS400 systems to identify/verify any discrepancies during Bill of Material scrub. • Run MRP reports to ensure correct quantity is showing in system for upcoming build; work with appropriate stakeholders to determine correct action of any discrepancies found.
