Daily Duties at Becker Manufacturing:
Process hourly employment payroll with detail and accuracy. Manage daily attendance and issue written discipline when warranted. Coordinate disciplinary and termination proceedings. Execute human resource process (i.e. leaves-FMLA, LTD, STD, performance management and salary administration).
