Daily Duties at Delphi / Bartech Group:

Point of contact for employees to address questions concerning HR Policies & Procedures. SAP – HR subject matter expert. Responsible for 7 direct reports. Participated in 2003 UAW-Delphi Local Negotiations. Responsible for all hourly employment functions (Assist employees with collective bargaining agreement, Attendance / Disciplines). Developed and implemented procedures and relevant policies. Actively provide strategic management leadership for the HR department. Present and facilitate employee orientation sessions. Coordinate employee movement in accordance to the UAW contract. Designed work flow processes and administration tools for FMLA. Helped establish a more progressive and open culture with employees. Facilitated an Absence Management team to successfully reduce absenteeism by 30%. Executive Assistant Responsibilities included preparing and ensuring accuracy of travel arrangements for Executive Team. Prepare Executive Expense Reports. Administrative Duties, (i.e.: Mail, Phones, and Customer/Visitor Relations). Organize and Facilitate Meetings
