Daily Duties at Gratiot Medical Center:

Recruited qualified employees in all facets of the healthcare business from housekeeping to upper level management. Responsible for all sourcing, interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates as well as all advertising for available positions. Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department. Identified and recruited quality candidates that met department specifications in a timely manner, utilizing established sources and developing additional resources. Resources included: websites, internal databases, centers of influence, job boards, external databases, networking and college placement offices. Responsible for the final candidate package submitted to the manager, including required formatting, testing and verification.
