Daily Duties at Right Way Supply And Services, Llc:
Manage overall company operations for (90) client locations. Conducted new business development, bid review and risk assessment of solicitations, subcontracting teaming arrangements, preparation and negotiations for Government and commercial clients. Wrote proposals and cost sections for competitive Government and Commercial services and supply contracts. Review and write purchasing, subcontracting and contract policies and procedures. Prepare Master Subcontracting Plans, Small and Disadvantaged Business Plans. Review CPSR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Government policies. Make improvements, resolve problem areas and recommendations to policies and procedures to be in compliance with company guidelines and Government regulations. Procurement consultant representing various business interests of large, small and disadvantaged contractors. Items contracted for a variety of services, supplies, repair parts for commercial and Government under FFP contracts. Company competitively secured $500K of government services in first year.
