2nd Tier Support. * Problem solving, trouble shooting on UNIX System V, Mainframe Platforms. Create trouble reports via Vantive ticketing tool, assist related departments with resolving problems, Solaris CAMCS Monitoring alarming system, UNIX Operations. MVS: ISPF/CA7-11/TSO/ IOF, to backup data for Archieval and Retrieval. - MVS System Problem Resolution: SysMaster, NetMaster, Solve, IMS AUTO. - UNISYS Operations Support: FACS Application, Demand software, UNISYS Edit utility, IPF Editor.
