Create trouble reports via Vantive ticketing tool, assist related departments with resolving problems, Solaris CAMCS Monitoring alarming system, UNIX Operations. MVS: ISPF/CA7-11/TSO/ IOF, to backup data for Archieval and Retrieval. - MVS System Problem Resolution: SysMaster, NetMaster, Solve, IMS AUTO. - UNISYS Operations Support: FACS Application, Demand software, UNISYS Edit utility, IPF Editor.
