Daily Duties at Shield Healthcare:
Traveled to regional Sales offices as needed or in absence of permanent management. Trained staff and new management in operations. Performed corporate training at local offices. Trained six new Area Managers in operations and overall management of sales offices. Managed operations of small (4-5 person) sales offices including Profits and Losses, Distribution, Staffing and financial account balancing. Hired and trained new staff with effective results and employee retention (70%). Successfully completed staff development, productivity, data management and statistical reporting. Performed Telecommunications management. Reported to Contact Center Service Manager/Director. Overall productivity increases by 11%. Successfully multi-tasked in high paced corporate environment. Performed hiring interviews, terminations and all other Human Resource related counseling for department. Held various positions within the same company including Sales, Billing, Sales office Assistant Manager and Policies and Procedures specialist.
