Successfully managed high volume coffee house with successful results while complying with state and local ordinances for food preparation. Promoted compliance with all corporate policies and procedures. Managed all costs and expenses related to store operations. Delivered “legendary” customer service to all customers and exceeded customer’s needs, receiving several corporate and outside auditing agency recognition awards. Managed 21 employees working 4 shifts with 20 staffed hours per day, 7 days per week. Handled all recruiting, managing labor costs, scheduling, training and employee discipline. Maintained an environment of high morale by modeling behavior and developing several “superstar” employees who were promoted throughout the organization.
