Daily Duties at At&T:
• Managed largest Southeast vendor for outbound/inbound telesales. • Surpassed 2007 revenue target of $2.1M at 110% of goal. • Worked directly with COO and Director levels at vendors to communicate client goals, make recommendations, and formulate strategies to exceed targets. • Participated on team to produce processes and tools needed to enhance channel productivity such as: Quality Sales Inspection tool, Sales Monitoring tool, and Channel Manager Daily Activities tool. • Selected to support and train new start up vendors in Value Clients Growth Channel • Maintained and further developed relationship between vendors and AT&T for optimum production of existing sales programs and encouragement of new mutually beneficial sales programs. • Analyze sales reports for product mix, trends, and production, along with order entry reports for product and promotion accuracy to keep vendor’s sales production on target and in line with AT&T strategic goals. • Leveraged and enhanced communication with other departments such as: Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and Network to help my main vendor become the number one producing vendor year over year increasing their profitability and a start up vendor to achieve the number two position before reassignment to another Channel Manager.
